CERUS X-Drive One-to-One™ Remote control feature
The latest version of our FE Connect® mobile app now features One-to-One™ allowing users to remotely connect to a CERUS X-Drive or give access to either the Franklin Electric’s technical support team or internal experts for live over-the-air support.
The new One-to-One™ feature allows for easy and fast support by having a trusted technical service engineer by your side to assist you with programming or troubleshooting your system in real-time.
